Painting painting

I am what is called a full-time professional artist, in my studio painting every day 10am - 5pm. Sundays I catch up on website updates, evenings finding new sources and social media. Mornings I am on zoom workshops or calls. All art related and I love it all. I will admit to you, I prefer to be painting all the time though!

I began a workshop painting a fox and butterfly, new unlikely friends. As I was painting I realized I really enjoyed painting baby animals and how each could make a new unlikely friend. Then it hit me I could illustrate and write a children’s book on friends! I remember discussing this exact thing with my own kids as they grew up and how important it is all children need to be friends with everyone they meet!

I’m so excited for this new adventure and have 16+ baby animals and a new friend, names, sources, and soo excited to paint them all!!
